How many of you have struggled with your weight pre-pregnancy and post-pregnancy?
I know I have. At the age of 15 years old I became an emotional eater and it helped me stop cutting my wrist. Most of my life I was smaller but developed a woman’s body at a young age.
Emotional eating had become my go-to during me sexual abuse trial at the age of 15 years old. I have continued to carry that as a coping skill ever since.
Well, today at 34 years old, mother of two beautiful boys that I love very much. I have decided to end my journey with emotional eating so I can be healthy.
On February 25, 2018, I started back going to Weight Watchers and my starting weight was 348 lbs. I am 5’10 and my daily point is 54.
I have not been consistent in working out, meal planning or prepping. That has to change. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet.
I am willing to do my best and put my best foot forward in this lifestyle change of emotional eating, are you?
